Insight Global is seeking a Tax Manager to join a leading public accounting firm's Private Enterprise Tax practice. This individual will lead client engagements focused on corporate, personal, and trust taxation while acting as a trusted advisor to owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tax compliance and planning services, developing proactive tax strategies, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead multiple tax engagements for private enterprise clients and oversee engagement delivery Review and advise on corporate (T2), personal (T1), and trust (T3) tax compliance matters Develop and implement tax planning strategies for owner-managed businesses and their shareholders Analyze financial statements and ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance Advise clients on tax implications related to business operations, restructurings,



and growth initiatives Liaise with the CRA and provincial tax authorities regarding client matters Prepare and review tax elections and documentation associated with corporate reorganizations Manage client portfolios, identify value-add opportunities, and foster long-term relationships Oversee engagement budgets, billing, WIP management, and project financials Support business development initiatives, networking efforts, and proposal preparation Mentor, coach, and develop junior tax professionals REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must-Have Qualifications 2+ years of public accounting or tax consulting experience post CPA Strong knowledge of Canadian corporate, personal, and trust taxation Experience with tax compliance, tax planning, and private enterprise clients Experience reviewing and preparing corporate tax returns (T2) Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements Proven client relationship management and leadership experience Pay range starting at $100,000/year Please Note: We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
