Peer Support South East Ontario (PSSEO), located in Belleville , provides support and services within South East Ontario to people who are living with addiction and/or mental health issues and seeking Peer Support as a ways and means of managing and working toward being well.

PSSEO is seeking 2 Part Time Community Support Worker to join their team serving the CMHA Hart Hub in Belleville.

Responsibilities:

- One on One Support
- Group Facilitation
- Advocacy
- Wellness Planning
- Documentation

Skills/Qualifications:

- Preferred post-secondary diploma or degree




- Lived experience with concurrent disorder and addiction recovery
- Up to date training in crisis prevention/ Safe Management training, First Aid and wellness recovery, action planning
- Ability to attend work regularly with valuable attendance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- A clean criminal record check with vulnerable person screening

Additional Information:

- Rotating shifts 12PM-4PM/ 4PM-8PM with 7 days a week availability
- Start date of October 1 or earlier
- Salary as per Collective Agreement: $20-$37
