Cadillac Fairview is seeking a Development Accounting Analyst for a six-month contract in Toronto. You will manage development accounting, budgeting, construction draws, funding packages, equity cash calls, and detailed project reporting for a mixed-use portfolio.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting with real estate development exposure, IFRS knowledge, and solid Excel/Yardi skills. Starting base salary ranges CAD 61,610 to CAD 91,480, with a comprehensive rewards package.
