What You Will Do: Reporting to the Treasurer, the Treasury Analyst willplay a key rolein managing the day-to-day cash flow forTriSummitUtilities. This position supports the organization’s Canadian and U.S. utilities by ensuring liquidity isoptimized, funding requirements are met,andfinancial reporting isaccurateandtimely.



The role works closely with Accountingand Financial Planning and Analysisto provide visibility into cash positions and support strategic decision‑making. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Support the analysis, monitoring, and management of the Company’s daily cash position and investments. Set up wire payments and intercompany transfersinthe banking platform. Prepare daily, monthly, and annual cash forecasts to support borrowing and investing decisions. Analyze liquidity requirements and coordinate borrowings and repayments of funds to and from the credit facility. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end treasury reporting activities. Prepare variance summaries and analysis for management review. Monitor compliance covenants in debt agreements, prepare quarterly compliance certificates, and provide covenant forecasting asrequired.
