The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.Initial Posting Close Date – April 30th 2026About This OpportunityThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for the daily activities of directing, controlling and coordinating all phases of the maintenance service. Support factory facilities and equipment maintenance to produce quality products efficiently and cost effectively.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that the maintenance department complies with all company policies and proceduresParticipate in the selection, supervision and development of subordinate staffDevelop a work climate that promotes good working relations and continuous communication with unionized employeesMaintain a safe work setting and enforce safety regulationsParticipate in the establishment, analysis and submission of annual budgets of departmentsMaintain a collaborative relationship with all other departmentsEnsure that maintenance support is available as neededStay informed and trained on all technical advances in the area of responsibilityAssist and support mechanics with expertise in equipmentEnsure that equipment is maintained and operational in accordance with company standardsSupervise all parts acquisition activitiesProactively improve the functioning of the process and aim for increased efficiencyEnsure service calls and machine repairs are completed on timeManage capital projects at plant level in collaboration with project managers. #CBSAS #LI-IM1QualificationsMechanical engineering training or other equivalent training / experienceMinimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience as a manager supervising a work team, including unionized employeesExcellent interpersonal,
