About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Early Years Learning Specialist to provide pedagogical leadership and support to their team in Kimberley . This role is crucial for enhancing the quality of early childhood education offered, ensuring best practices are implemented across all classrooms. You will work directly with educators to refine curriculum, implement innovative teaching strategies, and ensure children receive a stimulating and developmentally appropriate learning experience. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to early years educators on curriculum development and pedagogical approaches. Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching quality. Develop and deliver career development workshops for staff on relevant early childhood topics. Stay abreast of current research and trends in early childhood education, integrating them into practice.



Collaborate with center management to ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements. Requirements

A Master's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Extensive experience (5+ years) in early years teaching and leadership roles. In-depth knowledge of curriculum frameworks, child development theories, and assessment methodologies. Exceptional coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
