Junior Sales Account Representative

in Burnaby.

In this role, you’ll represent

AT&T; Business Services , engaging with U.S.-based business clients to deliver high-value telecom and tech solutions. We provide warm leads and daily coaching to sharp, proactive individuals who are ready to quickly master B2B outbound prospecting and scale their sales careers.

What you’ll do:

Connect with U.S. business owners, evaluate their needs, and present tailored AT&T; packages

Convert warm leads while executing outbound B2B prospecting

Manage sales pipeline and log account details in our CRM

Participate in daily strategy, pitch refinement, and coaching sessions

What you’ll get:





Guaranteed hourly base pay OR uncapped commissions—whichever is higher (Year 1 OTE: $60k–$80k; Top performers: $100k+)
