Step into the role of 1st Cook with Royal Camp Services, delivering delightful culinary experiences in remote areas. Your role will involve superb meal preparation while ensuring adherence to food quality and safety.
Reporting to the Chef, you will take charge of cooking, managing special diet requests, and training other kitchen staff. Your culinary expertise, preferably supported by Red Seal Certification, will enhance our award-winning service, accommodating various dietary needs and ensuring consistent meal quality in challenging locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with inventory and order management
• Master the cooking process for various meals
• Ensure accommodation of special diets like vegan and gluten-free




• Maintain high food safety and quality standards
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff
Requirements:
• 3-5 years culinary experience
• Red Seal and Post-secondary education preferred
• Standard First Aid and Food Safety Certificate mandatory
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
