Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually Position Summary The Senior Property Accountant reports to the Manager, and Supervisor of Property Accounting to provide reliable and timely financial reports for properties managed by CPMI on an effective basis and provide efficient support to property managers and administrators. Responsibilities Provide Superior Returns to our Investors through Accurate and Reliable Financial Information: Maintain the property accounting records for the assigned Commercialportfolio Generate monthly financial statements and supporting schedules Assist in reconciliation of capital projectscosts Complete the analysis of all capital costsincurred Prepare annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM) and Tax final billingadjustments Prepare year-end audit working paper files and maintain amortizationschedules Perform month-end activities, from balance sheet and
