The Database Administrator will own the health, accuracy, and performance of databases across a multi-system, multi-location business. The Database Administrator will map how data flows between our CRM, ERP, e-commerce, and other platforms, keeping them accurate and compliant every step of the way, and act as a trusted steward of the company's data. You're a big-picture thinker who wants to help shape where our data infrastructure goes next, a collaborative team player who connects easily with both technical and business teams, and someone who understands the business, not just the systems behind it. Responsibilities & Duties: Maintain the performance, accuracy, and availability of our SQL Server databases. Design data architecture and data mapping for system changes, migrations, and integrations (for CRM, ERP, etc.) Build deep knowledge of our data - where it lives, how it's structured, and how it moves across systems and formats (CSV, JSON, XML, EDI, APIs, etc.).
