About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Social Inclusion Facilitator to champion efforts aimed at integrating marginalized individuals into the community within the Northern Cape. This remote role will involve developing and implementing strategies that foster belonging, reduce isolation, and create opportunities for meaningful participation. You will connect individuals with resources, facilitate social connections, and advocate for their needs. This is an excellent prospect for a passionate individual to drive social change remotely, impacting lives across the region, including the Kimberley area, and promoting a more inclusive society. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement remote strategies to promote social inclusion for vulnerable individuals. Facilitate online connections between individuals and community groups, resources, and activities. Provide guidance and support to individuals seeking to overcome barriers to social participation. Raise awareness about social inclusion issues and advocate for the rights of marginalized groups.



Collaborate with local organizations and service providers to identify and address inclusion gaps. Maintain records of activities, participant engagement, and outcomes achieved. Requirements

Experience in social work, community development, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships and facilitate engagement, ideally in a remote setting. Strong understanding of issues related to social exclusion, marginalization, and inclusion. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with online collaboration tools and communication platforms. A passion for social justice and creating equitable opportunities for all. Benefits
