The OpportunityThinkingbox is seeking an Executive Producer to lead, oversee, and elevate large-scale integrated projects across digital, content, and motion disciplines. You will serve as a senior strategic partner to clients, guiding production teams across disciplines and ensuring the creative vision is executed seamlessly from concept through delivery.This leadership role is ideal for someone who combines creative intuition, operational rigor, and business acumen. You will oversee project strategy, manage senior producers, ensure profitability, and nurture both client and internal relationships to deliver world‑class experiences.What You’ll Be DoingOversee and manage high‑value integrated campaigns and productions across digital, content, and motion.Partner closely with strategy, creative, and technology leads to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project delivery.Lead client communications at a senior level, setting expectations, managing priorities, and building long‑term trust.Oversee multiple project teams, providing mentorship, leadership, and structure.Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets—often $500K+—ensuring efficiency and profitability.Identify risks, opportunities, and innovative solutions that enhance delivery and client satisfaction.Provide guidance on resourcing, workflow, and process optimization across the production department.Support business growth by identifying opportunities for organic client expansion and contributing to recent business pitches.Collaborate with leadership on financial forecasting, operational planning, and strategic initiatives across studios.What You’ll Bring7+ years of experience in integrated production or similar senior production roles within an agency or studio environment.Proven track record leading complex,
