In this pivotal role, ComPsych invites licensed behavioral health clinicians to join our Employee Assistance Program. As an EAP Network Provider, you will deliver client-centered counseling focused on practical solutions. Address various concerns, including stress, anxiety, and relationship difficulties, while ensuring adherence to clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver client-specific short-term counseling through in-person sessions
• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations for clients
• Help clients manage workplace stress and personal challenges




• Maintain compliance with documentation and ethical standards
• Engage in the referral and case management processes
Requirements:
• A Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health
• At least 3 years clinical experience after master’s
• Highest level of qualified certification required
• Professional liability insurance must be current
• Provide an updated CV or resume to apply
