Kiewit is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our Legal Department in one of our hub offices in Canada. The role involves providing transactional, corporate and/or litigation support, reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and advising senior management across districts and business units. Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years in a similar setting, fluency in French and English, and a proven ability to balance legal risk with business needs in a fast-paced workplace.
