As an On-Site Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining assigned buildings and common areas. This role requires proactive communication with residents and thorough completion of maintenance requests. You will also manage access to amenities and ensure compliance with safety protocols to foster a secure living workplace.
Key Responsibilities: • Fulfill all maintenance requests to high standards • Regularly audit properties for deficiencies • Issue keys and manage resident access • Engage directly with residents to address inquiries • Conduct emergency drills and maintain safety systems
Requirements: • Proficient in English communication • Experience with minor maintenance and repairs • Strong organizational and time management skills • Availability to respond to on-call emergencies • Understand tenant rights and responsibilities
