As a Field Technician, you will interact with customers, ensuring open communication about repairs. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will tackle a variety of maintenance and inspection tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose and complete repairs on material handling equipment • Maintain consistent communication with the Service Dispatcher • Prepare and order parts as needed • Keep accurate documentation for work processes • Follow safety policies and report incidents

Requirements: • 5+ years of heavy equipment repair experience • 2+ years of experience with aerial lifts • Mechanical competence with hydraulics and electric engines • Solid interpersonal skills for customer interaction • Valid driver’s license for site travel
