Key Responsibilities:
• Create welcoming experiences for each shopper
• Offer expert product recommendations and education
• Manage daily store operations and care for the environment
• Handle transactions using the POS system
• Restock items and perform inventory checks as needed
Requirements:
• Previous experience in retail or customer service
• Solid communication and a customer-oriented approach
• Cannabis selling certification required (e.g., Selling It Right)
• Must be 18/19+ depending on provincial regulations
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
