All students applying for student positions at CNL must be returning to full-time studies upon completion of their work term. Exceptions will be made for students who require a work term to graduate.

Duration: 4 Months (January - April)
Field of Study: Business/Commerce, Office Administration, or Project Controls/Management.
Year of study: 1st year or higher

What you will be doing!

- Collecting and consolidating project financial and schedule data.
- Tracking milestone performance against targets.
- Updating routine and ad hoc performance scorecards.
- Performing basic variance and trend analysis.
- Graphically displaying results of analysis.
- Working with others to determine reasons for variances.
- Providing administrative support as required.
- Other duties as assigned by your manager.

What we are looking for:

- Education
- Enrolled in a college or University program, majoring in Business/Commerce, Office Administration, or Project Controls/Management.

- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Demonstrated expert skill in utilizing Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, is required.
- Ability to identify trends using Excel data tables, pivot tables and formulae.
- Familiarity with Excel queries,



charting and/or Power BI tools is helpful.

- Ability to consolidate data from several sources in order to compare against targeted outcomes.

- Security Clearance Eligibility Required

- Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a minimum requirement of 3-5 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, Current Zealand, the United States and/or the United Kingdom. CNL implements security screening in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat's "Standard on Security Screening" and the "Policy on Government Security."

Working Conditions:

- Working schedule: Five (5) days per week, seven and a half (7.5) hours per day for a thirty-seven and a half (37.5) hour work week.
