You'll own the live cohort calendar, keep content launches on schedule, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.What you'll do- Plan and manage the live cohort calendar (PMP and CAPM) across multiple time zones- Coordinate between content, marketing, and delivery teams so deadlines are met- Track timelines for recent content launches (question banks, PDFs, site updates)- Set up and maintain simple, effective PM processes (trackers, checklists, retros)- Report progress and blockers directly to the founderWhat we're looking for- PMP certification or solid hands on project management experience- Comfortable working async across time zones- Strong organizational skills and follow through- Able to run things independently with minimal oversightThis is a full time, remote role.
