Harrison Contracting Company (HCC) is seeking a Training & Development Manager to lead HCC University (HCCU) and drive employee learning, leadership development, and career growth across the organization.

This role will partner with company leaders and subject matter experts to develop training programs, improve onboarding, manage our Learning Management System (LMS), and create development opportunities that support employee success and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and grow HCCU and company-wide training programs.
- Develop training materials, resources, and learning paths.
- Manage Current Hire Orientation and onboarding initiatives.
- Administer and maintain the LMS, training records, and reporting.
- Coordinate leadership development, workshops, and career growth programs.
- Facilitate training sessions and partner with internal and external trainers.
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
- Support training efforts across offices,



branch locations, and jobsites.

Qualifications

Required

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in training, employee development, HR, operations, education, or a related field.
- Experience developing and delivering workplace training.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Preferred

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Construction, skilled trades, or multi-location business experience.
- Professional training or development certifications.
