Work closely with physicians, residents, families, and agencies to ensure safe, quality care focused on customer satisfaction and continual improvement.Serve as a mentor and role model, facilitating strong leadership, team building, change, and resource management. Demonstrate clinical competency, problem-solving, decision-making,



and conflict-resolution skills.QualificationsGraduate of a recognized school of Nursing and actively registered as a Registered Nurse. A BScN and Gerontology certificate are preferred. Current CPR and First Aid certifications required. Experience working with the elderly and disabled.
