We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a portfolio of HHB initiatives, with an initial primary focus on the implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This is a qualified services consulting engagement with assignments authorized on a task-by-task basis. What you'll be doing Lead all aspects of assigned projects — define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs; develop and maintain project charters, schedules, budgets, and project management plans Establish governance structures and communication plans at project outset Manage daily project activities to ensure work progresses according to approved plans; maintain project documentation, decisions, and approvals in alignment with HHB requirements Lead cross-functional teams; facilitate collaboration across technical and business groups; delegate work, provide direction, and resolve team challenges Serve as the primary point of contact for HHB; manage vendor performance against deliverables and costs; communicate status, risks,
and issues to stakeholders and sponsors Monitor vendor performance, identify non-performance, and recommend corrective actions; elevate issues as required Develop and manage detailed work plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle; manage scope changes through formal change control processes Prepare and deliver regular status reports, presentations, and updates to stakeholders and sponsors Organize and facilitate project meetings, briefings, and progress updates Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality requirements; coordinate testing, validation, and acceptance processes Maintain complete, accurate, and auditable project records in HHB systems (e.G., SharePoint) Develop, track, and forecast budgets; review, track, and approve invoices Lead project closeout activities including knowledge
