This role encompasses two days dedicated to support the Tech Team through equipment inspections and maintenance operations, alongside three days of guiding thrilling zipline experiences. You'll play a crucial role in assuring guest safety while also lending a hand behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform equipment inspections and maintenance checks
• Organize workshop tools and materials efficiently
• Conduct zipline tours ensuring guest safety and fun
• Deliver safety information and manage course monitoring




• Assist with daily setup and workflow in office
Requirements:
• Experience in technical, maintenance, or guest-facing settings
• Working knowledge of hand tools is beneficial
• Enthusiastic engagement with guests and team members
• Willingness to adapt to outdoor working conditions
• Valid First Aid certification or intent to obtain
