This position requires a high school graduation certificate along with a proactive attitude in a fast-paced workplace. You’ll be responsible for greeting patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction, all while adhering to liquor regulations on site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival
• Present and recommend menu items to customers
• Take and relay orders to kitchen/bar staff efficiently
• Address customer concerns and complaints
• Clean and reset tables for new guests
Requirements:
• High school diploma necessary
• Previous experience in food and beverage preferred
• Language proficiency in English required
• Must be able to work on-site, no remote options
• Capable of balancing cash and reporting sales accurately
