Our client is seeking a Director of HR to lead the People & Culture function within a growing organization. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this hands-on role is responsible for providing strategic and operational HR leadership across employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, employee engagement, policy development, and organizational culture.
