OverviewPosition Description: This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 4 days per week - subject to change at any time.ResponsibilitiesMaintain project oversight and governanceEnsure project compliance to PMO standards and provide project linkage to the Strategy & Performance Management team to meet project/program KPIs and strategic objectives.Drive project through full-lifecycle from initiation through planning & execution to closure.Facilitates risk management, escalating risks, issues, impediments and dependencies.Work with IT development teams in each of the functions on the functional deliveryProject requirements gathering, management and communication and maintenanceStakeholder analysis and effort estimationCoordinate UAT all current software in isolated systems simulationsObserve and identify all current and potential gaps and improvement opportunitiesSchedule meetings with stakeholders and business users to provide status updates on projectsQualificationsUniversity degree and/or equivalent work experienceExcellent business communication and stakeholder management skills8+ years of experience in Project Management, Project planning, project plan management, project executionGovernance – lower, middle, senior/executive levelProject status and reporting- Milestones and deliverables trackingStakeholder management across business and IT teamsFinancials and budgets managementExecutive personality, excellent communication skills to manage Senior executive level conversationsInfluential and ability to achieve project deliverables under complex delivery teams & structuresRisks & Issues managementCompensationA reasonable estimate of the current pay range is $95,000–$145,000.
