As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for greeting families, sharing information, and maintaining a vibrant welcome desk. Your outgoing personality is key to enhancing our customers' experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome families and create a warm first impression
• Discuss our various programs and camps with enthusiasm
• Help families with sign-ups and provide assistance
• Distribute promotional materials effectively
• Keep the front desk area well organized and inviting
Requirements:
• Comfortable initiating conversations with parents and youth
• Friendly, energetic, and dependable personality
• Effective multitasking skills in a busy setting
• Must be available evenings and weekends
• Background in customer service or coaching is beneficial
