Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, caring, and responsible Home Child Care Provider to provide childcare in our private residence in Maple Ridge, BC.

Main Duties

- Supervise and care for the child in the employer's residence.
- Maintain a safe and healthy workplace in the home.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for the child.
- Assist the child with personal hygiene and daily routines as required.
- Organize activities such as games, crafts, reading, and outdoor activities.
- Accompany the child to and from school, appointments, and activities when required.
- Help the child with homework and age-appropriate learning activities.




- Perform light housekeeping duties related to childcare.
- Wash and organize the child's clothing when required.
- Keep the child's bedroom and play areas clean and organized.
- Follow the parents' instructions regarding routines, meals, discipline, and activities.
- Keep records of daily activities and health information when required.

Requirements
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience: Previous childcare experience is an asset.

Work Setting: Employer's home / Private residence.

Personal Suitability
Dependable, responsible, organized, patient, caring, flexible, and able to work independently.
