Southland Dental Choice – Dental Administrator Southland Dental Choice is looking for a confident, personable, and motivated Dental Administrator

to join our team. Whether you are new to the dental profession or have previous dental experience, we are looking for someone with

solid communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow .

In this role, you’ll play an important part in creating an exceptional patient experience, maintaining a productive schedule, and supporting our clinical team.

Location: Southland Dental Choice Full-Time Hours

Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You’ll Do

Welcome patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note

Deliver friendly, engaging, and exceptional customer service

Manage patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payments with accuracy

Work alongside a team providing General Dentistry, Implants, Invisalign, and Vivos services

Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient follow-ups

Support patient retention, reactivation, and overall practice growth

Learn and become confident with dental office systems and processes

Help keep the day running smoothly in a busy, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Dental Administrator Certificate required

Previous dental administration experience is an asset,

candidates who are new to the dental profession are welcome to apply

Knowledge of
