As a full time, permanent Manager, you will spearhead initiatives improving student engagement, graduate training, and industry collaboration. You'll ensure that programs are aligned with innovation priorities by utilizing data-driven insights and market intelligence. Leading a motivated team, you will foster partnerships that bridge gaps and drive talent retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:



• Implement and enhance the Commercialization Talent Framework • Manage talent programs across various stakeholder levels • Develop and recommend funding models and investment priorities • Represent Alberta Innovates in collaboration efforts • Monitor and assess innovation workforce trends

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline • At least 8 years of program management experience • 2 years of leadership in multidisciplinary environments • Experience in creating stakeholder relationships • Strong capability in systems-thinking and strategy development
