As part of the Employee Services team, you will report to the Manager, People Analytics & HRIS Optimization. Expect to maintain comprehensive employee data, offer stakeholder support, and participate in audits for compliance. Your attention to detail and commitment to service excellence are essential as you work alongside various teams on critical HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update employee information accurately
• Provide support for HR-related queries
• Prepare reports to assist in decision-making




• Maintain compliance through audits and data reviews
• Contribute to process enhancements and service delivery
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Relevant HR experience in employee services or advantages
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of SAP and HRIS applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
