We are seeking a Senior Finance Operations Analyst to join our Finance team and support the financial performance of our residential rental portfolio. This role plays a critical part in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, and business analysis across multiple regions. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Prepare monthly NOI reporting and variance analysis, including actual-to-budget, year-over-year, and forecast-to-budget comparisons. Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for operating revenues and expenses. Provide financial reporting, analysis, and insights to Operations Leaders and Finance stakeholders. Prepare and record monthly accruals, payroll-related entries, and Gross Potential Rent (GPR) journal entries. Partner with Operations and Procurement teams to ensure expenses and accruals are complete, accurate, and properly supported. Manage purchase order aging, oversee the closure of inactive purchase orders, and ensure accurate PO accruals. Support month-end close activities,
