As a Superintendent, you will lead daily site activities, coordinate trade contractors, and direct Self-Perform Operations (SPO) crews. Safety Leadership: Implement and enforce strict site-specific health and safety programs, executing Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and maintaining a zero-harm site culture. Technical Compliance: Interpret detailed structural, architectural, and complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings to ensure all Work-in-Place (WIP) meets rigorous design specifications.
