This role focuses on enhancing the Community Support Worker Program in British Columbia, ensuring compliance with educational standards and delivering exceptional curriculum. You will lead a team of instructors and support staff, promoting continuous improvement and excellence in teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the delivery and management of the CSW program
• Ensure curriculum reflects current industry standards
• Teach and support effective pedagogy in the program
• Supervise recruitment and performance of instructors




• Manage student practicum opportunities and placements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred
• At least 5 years in the Community Support/Social Work sector
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience at the post-secondary level
• Knowledge of accreditation and regulatory bodies
• Expertise in curriculum development and educational technologies
