We're looking for an Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Sudden Sally. Working alongside our Chef de Partie and culinary team, you'll help prepare and serve fresh, high-quality dishes while developing your skills in a fast-paced restaurant focused on quality, consistency, and hospitality.

What You'll Do

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and presentation standards
- Set up and maintain your station for a smooth and successful service




- Execute dishes consistently while maintaining quality during busy dinner periods
- Assist with daily prep, production, and service requirements
- Restock and organize your station throughout your shift
- Accommodate guest dietary needs, allergies, and special requests
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Support the team wherever needed to help ensure a successful service

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen is an asset
- Experience working hot line and à la carte service preferred
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently while supporting those around you
- Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
