The Remarketing Manager will ensure effective lease maturity processing, maximize vehicle sale proceeds, maintain operational controls, and deliver exceptional customer and dealer outcomes through continuous process improvement, performance management,



and strategic execution.**What You’ll Be Doing:*** Lead and support departmental and enterprise projects, including process transformation, digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of business objectives and measurable operational benefits.* Act as the business owner for lease-end and remarketing processes within enterprise transformation programs, ensuring future-state systems, workflows, reporting, controls, and customer experiences align with organizational objectives.* Support business plan targets and objectives through performance monitoring, process standardization, policy and procedure maintenance, and compliance with documentation requirements.* Establish and monitor key performance indicators including lease retention, inventory aging, recovery rates, customer and dealer experience, operational efficiency, and portfolio performance.* Oversee collection activities for lease-end excess wear and use, excess kilometre charges, and outstanding balances to achieve departmental performance targets.* Review and approve charge-offs, write-offs, and settlement arrangements, working with external collection agencies to maximize recovery results.* Ensure appropriate operational, financial, and compliance controls are maintained across all collection, settlement, and recovery activities.* Lead lease-end administration activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of Dealer Condition Reports, lease extensions,
