Serve as the day to day lead on transactions engagements for financial and corporate strategic buyers from a variety of industries Provide hands‑on experience with Quality of Earnings, working capital normalization, and net debt analysis Advise on financial aspects of SPAs / APAs, including deal mechanics and post‑closing adjustments Ability to connect diligence findings to valuation, deal structuring, and investor decision‑making Lead meetings and calls with clients and target management Develop and maintain strong client relationships and cross-sell services.
