Jean Tweed Centre in Toronto invites applications for a Housing Support Worker to assist women and gender-diverse residents in our supportive housing program. The role focuses on housing stability, harm reduction, life skills, crisis intervention, and community connection. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide trauma-informed, anti-oppressive supports, maintain documentation, and coordinate referrals to health, housing, and social services.
