This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative manufacturing environment and enjoys taking designs from concept through production. You'll play a key role in developing and improving our product lines-ensuring designs are efficient, cost-effective, and built to perform in real-world conditions. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Norstar product lines using 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor) Translate concepts into detailed production-ready designs, including: drafting and dimensioning and performing basic analysis (e.g., FEA/stress considerations) Create accurate production drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) Optimize designs for manufacturability, performance, and cost efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and sales teams Provide design support to production,



including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Contribute to continuous product improvement and innovation initiatives Partner with the Design Team to support shared goals and project timelines Adhere to company safety standards, policies, and procedures What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience with 3D CAD design (Autodesk Inventor required not AutoCAD) Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and design principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical design software Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams Qualified, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset Nice to Have

Mechanical Engineering degree or diploma (or equivalent experience) Experience in grain handling equipment or agricultural manufacturing Background in both design and manufacturing environments
