This role is responsible for driving end-to-end technology delivery across multiple teams, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.



The ideal candidate is a strong delivery leader with deep experience managing large-scale technology programs, navigating complex dependencies, and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead end-to-end delivery of critical regulatory reporting and compliance technology initiatives.* Manage project deliverables across architecture, development, business analysis, testing, infrastructure, and support teams.* Partner with stakeholders across Payments, Securities, Wealth, Personal Banking, Business Banking, and Enterprise Technology teams.* Manage complex integrations, dependencies, risks, and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery outcomes.* Develop and maintain project schedules, financial forecasts, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.* Act as the primary escalation point for technology risks, issues, and delivery challenges.* Coordinate environment builds, releases, production support activities, and defect remediation.* Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, scalability, security, and operational requirements.* Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.* Provide leadership, coaching, talent development,



and resource management support to team members.**What You'll Bring*** Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.* Robust leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.* Ability to manage ambiguity and drive execution in complex environments.* Experience balancing strategic priorities, delivery commitments, operational support, and regulatory obligations.* Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and deliver business value through technology.**Preferred Qualifications*** University degree, preferably in technology/ engineering.* 7-10+ years of experience leading complex technology delivery programs in large enterprise environments.* Proven experience delivering regulatory reporting initiatives AML, FCCM, or compliance technology solutions.* Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project management/delivery practices.* Experience managing cross-functional technology teams, vendors, budgets, and resource plans.* Strong understanding of banking systems, regulatory reporting platforms, and enterprise integrations.* Solid technical foundation with experience in software development would be preferrable and modern architecture patterns.**Preferred Technical Experience**Experience with one or more of the following technologies is considered an asset:* Java / J2EE, Kafka, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Azure SQL, MongoDB* Cloud-native and distributed architectures**Who We Are:**TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest
