Your Responsibilities You'll assess the existing SharePoint Online setting, improving governance, permissions, storage management, and overall tenant health. You'll lead discovery workshops across departments to understand business needs and develop a prioritized roadmap for SharePoint improvements. You'll design and implement scalable information architecture, metadata standards, navigation, document libraries, and enterprise search enhancements. You'll recommend and implement SharePoint storage, archiving, lifecycle management, and retention strategies across Microsoft 365. You'll develop wireframes, templates, and governance standards while supporting departmental adoption and knowledge
