Join us as a Health and Safety Lead and play a pivotal role in enhancing Health, Safety, Workplace and Community (HSEC) performance across our Legacy Assets. In this leadership role, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSEC management systems, assurance frameworks and risk management processes while coaching and developing teams across a geographically dispersed portfolio. Qualified HSEC professionals with experience in leadership, risk management, and stakeholder engagement are encouraged to submit an application. The role in a nutshell: In this role, the Health & Safety Lead provides strategic direction, coaching, and technical guidance to build HSEC capability across Legacy Assets. The role manages the execution of the Health & Safety strategy, supports sites in building sustainable systems and competencies, and ensures compliance obligations are met while promoting an effective risk management culture.



Working closely with site leadership, and operational teams, you will manage assurance activities, monitor risk and compliance performance, oversee continuous improvement initiatives and support operational leaders in implementing effective risk controls. You will also provide leadership and development for a small team of H&S professionals. More specifically, you will be expected to: Oversee the execution of the Health & Safety strategy through effective risk management, assurance and capability-building initiatives. Oversee and coordinate FHP gap analysis activities across the portfolio and support sites in developing and executing improvement plans.
