About the Role

Our client is seeking a relationship-driven Client Account Manager to join their hybrid team in Kimberley . This role is pivotal in nurturing and expanding relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our services is exceptional. You will act as the primary point of contact, understanding client objectives, and proactively offering solutions and support. This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work model, combining in-office collaboration with remote autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building robust, long-term relationships.
- Understand client business needs and align service offerings to meet their objectives.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell/cross-sell relevant services.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a client relationship role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand client industries.
- Proficiency with CRM software and account management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
