We are recruiting an experiencedSystems Engineer (Propulsion)to join our team to support our client in the automotive industry.NOTEOnsiteMust be willing and able to travel to the USA, without restrictions, effective on the start dateRESPONSIBILITIESDevelopment of the assigned subsystemConfirm the subsystem meets the defined requirements prior to delivery to the customerIdentification of all applicable requirements for the assigned subsystem from all potential sourcesDocumentation of the identified requirements for the assigned subsystemExecution of the assigned subsystem DFMEACoordination of verification of the subsystem functionality to ensure requirements traceabilityTechnical point of contact for the subsystem for all internal teamsParticipation in advanced developmentMeeting all program specific deliverables for the assigned subsystemDesign and develop system requirements for propulsion features and be responsible for delivering feature requirementsWork closely with propulsion team members, suppliers, DREs, networking teams and other internal stakeholders to gather required informationDefine information exchange needs and request uncanned signals when needed; update and release documents into the control scheme.Ensure alignment with functional safety requirements and regional regulations (e.G.,
