JOB FUNCTION Experienced NPI Process Engineering Manager to lead the Global NPI teams, Process Development, DFM Engineers and Automation to oversee the daily production processes, improvement and support of existing manufacturing processes and products. This role demands a technically proficient leader with over 12 years of experience in engineering and a proven ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration, resolve complex issues, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
