Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, your primary duties will include creating a pleasant breakfast setting, managing safety and cleanliness, and engaging with guests to meet their needs. You'll also ensure proper food handling and respond proactively to guest inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests to the breakfast area
• Maintain cleanliness of breakfast facilities
• Monitor safety and security of hotel premises
• Ensure food items are displayed attractively
• Assist in breakfast supply management
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in customer service experience
• Previous experience as a host/hostess is advantageous
• High School Diploma or GED needed
• Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills
• Capability to lift 30 lbs. when necessary
