We design, manufacture and sell electric bicycles through dealer networks, key accounts and e-commerce channels. Our flagship brand, NCM, offers a wide range of e-bikes across trekking, city, mountain and folding categories. We are now looking for a Sales & Operations Director Canada to lead the next stage of growth of our UK business. The Role You will take overall responsibility for the sales, operations and P&L performance of Leon Cycle Canada. This is not a pure sales role. You will lead both commercial growth and local operations, ensuring strong execution across sales, inventory, logistics, customer service and after-sales. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the Canadian sales and growth strategy; Recruit,lead and coach 3 Business Development Managers; Expand our dealer network and develop Key Accounts; Own Canadian revenue,
