Project / Program Manager I – CanadaLocation:Saint‑Laurent, Québec – hybrid 4 days on site and 1 day teleworking (flexible)Pay Rate:$53.33/hrContract Length:12 monthsDescriptionAs a project / program manager for industrial and manufacturing improvement projects, you will use your project management skills to coordinate, plan, execute manufacturing and logistics projects, ensuring health and safety regulations are met and risks are eliminated.ResponsibilitiesPromote a culture of continuous improvement leveraging problem‑solving techniques and Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, and Agile concepts.Implement improvement projects.Define and control the progress, key stages and control points of projects and monitor them.Be responsible for the overall execution of projects, from initiation to delivery.Assume responsibility for the budget for large‑scale projects up to $1 million.Assume responsibility for the schedule.Be responsible for investment and replacement of obsolete machines/equipment within manufacturing.Provide a financial (Business case)
