Claridge Homes is looking for a driven, hands-on Mobile IT Technician to be the go-to problem-solver for our sites across the Ottawa region. In this role, you will travel to construction sites, sales centres, and retirement communities to resolve support tickets, maintain equipment, and keep our teams and residents connected. If you like variety, and rapid-paced environments, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the IT ticket system and support of IT infrastructure across the Ottawa regionEnsure the company's computer equipment functions properly and provide support to all usersTroubleshoot, test, install, maintain and upgrade hardware and equipmentDaily travel to construction sites, sales centres, retirement communities as requiredConfigure and maintain IT hardware across a wide variety of environmentsDeliver hands-on desk-side support, remote fixes,
