You will play a pivotal role in the Maintenance and Facilities team, focusing on problem-solving and preventive maintenance initiatives. Your expertise will ensure safe operations while maintaining compliance and quality standards. Experience in packaging operations will be essential for your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide rapid solutions
• Execute corrective and preventative maintenance effectively
• Ensure equipment and utilities are in optimal condition
• Keep accurate documentation of all maintenance activities
• Report critical issues to the Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:
• Certified Industrial Millwright or late-stage apprentice
• 5–10 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Proficient with PLCs, conveyors, and HVAC systems
• Solid understanding of reliability-focused maintenance
• Willingness to work versatile shifts and lift 50 lbs
